short sale, 银行可能会再给一次counter offer

买一个short sale的房子， 原价３００k， 同区同model最新成交价２６５k。 已经给了我们counter offer ２０８k。我们和卖方都签字了。 银行已经在appraisal， 准备release了。

我们是找的list agent。 他说如果 appraisal 在２５０k以上的话， 银行可能会再给一次counter offer， 让我们加钱。

我彻底糊涂了， 有懂行的给解释一下好吗？
