Some tenants I had, one left the place with 300+ holes in walls,

years ago,

one guy left the apartment with hundreds of holes in walls...

another, mentally crazy, flooded toilet three times, flooded all to downstairs restaurant....

another guy complaint to me every day no sunshine today such things (because it is raining, etc) they had free legal aid lawyer.. (but the these lawyers eventually backed off after I brought some people in high place..)

what can landlord do? call the police. hey don't even care. i eventually had one arrested for check fraud, but they were dead meat anyway.

still they were by far not the people I really feel upset with....
