got half portion of rest money for now. I am sure he will cover the fee. If I set him to pay me "personal transfer" there would be no fee. But that means I have to refund all the money back to his paypal first and then he send me another "personal transfer".
Did any landlord refund rent to tenant via paypal and request them to resend in to save the small transfer fee? :) I guess not.
