我的2008年

2008年,喜忧参半.喜大于忧.

第一件大事,是娶了地主婆. 外表清秀,心地善良,温柔体贴.从此老地主和地主婆便过上了幸福生活.

第二件,现有房产跌得是落花流水. 我都懒得看究竟跌了多少.

第三件,买了两栋独立房和一块地. 第一栋,每月净入三百块, 图的是将来地铁修通了卖地. 第二栋,每月净入七八百.

第四件,考了个执照.从此不用朝九晚五了. 用知识和经验换钱. 自己也买卖都方便.

2009年,争取再买上几栋有较大现金流的拍卖房,日子就越来越过多了.
