where are 外贸小店 in 上海?

My parents just went back to 上海 for vacation. I asked my mom buy some clothes there (上海 clothes are more in style than here). But she said she doesn't know where she can go for those 外贸小店. Since most are closed due to constructions. Anybody know which street still has those 外贸小店? Or which big store has good deal?
My cousins usually buy those big brand-name clothes. So no use to ask them. I don't want to buy brand name things, just want some fashion clothes.
