hmmm .... i see two issues.

1)The harsh flash. i think this is the usual look from the on-board flash- very directional light but you cannot diffuse the light. The lady on the left stands 离相机/闪光灯最近， besides she has lighter skin/clothes, which makes her looks over-exposed.

2) A lot of noise. i guess it is due to the high ISO setting on the camera when you have 自动爆光/闪光. you can check out the ISO, shutter speed and Aperture F value

i am not sure about the actual size of this size, it shows 134K, which is really small. but i could be wrong.
