关于损坏笔记本电脑及赔偿问题.请专家指点

儿子去参加一个比赛,在GYM里走路时不小心撞了上一张桌子.不巧桌上有个家长放着打开的MAC笔记本,旁边还有一满杯咖啡.于是咖啡洒在了笔记本电脑的键盘上.现在对方要求我们全赔.但老公和儿子都认为对方也有责任.他们人为对方:

1. GYM有规定不能带饮品进GYM,他本人先违反了规定;

2. 当天有比赛,人来人往的又有那么多孩子,他应该注意到不要把咖啡放得离计算机那么近.

总之,因为对方态度不好,这对爷俩也叫劲了,只想赔一半.
