刚到美国时，一个住院医教给我一句问候语，说是可以问候老板

或男性同事。结果当我在图书馆遇上他，并问候时，所有的人都目瞪口呆，然后他却很自然的回答我“pretty good”，哈哈，知道这句问候语吗？
