MBI CEO bought 50,000 new shares at 3.45 yesterday

I guess there will be a good buying point in the coming days due to Dubai World default scare. I am investing on MBI for long term, not DT, so a down of 20% or 50% short term is not a big deal for me, although I think MBI is bottoming out. MBI's last ER is actually not bad despite of its huge loss on surface. If you read both ABK and MBI's ER side by side, big profit on ABK is actually bad, the profit on ABK came from discounted market value of its liability since market's belief on abk's ability to service its debt dropped.So the profit came from mark to market accounting practice. I am not an account, it is just my understanding.
