I heard people get around the problem all the time. Basically there are two ways:
1. Go to a local small back and ask for portfolio loans. These banks will not sell these loans. They keep them.
2. Go with blank loan, meaning put a couple of properties under one loan. This one is tricky, you have to make sure that you don't have to sell all the properties under the loan at the same time.
Both loans are more expensive than the confirming loans.
I do not have first hand experience with them. Just heard other people talked about them.
