各位出租房子 ，有没有收 cleaning deposit?

不好意思， 再 问 一 个 问 题 ， 我 看 了 一 个 出 租 房 子 的 合 同 ， 说 security deposit 和 cleaning deposit 是 两 码 事 ， 说 如 果 房 子 被 弄 脏 或 者 弄 坏， security deposit 不 能 用 作 cleaning 或 者 re-decorating 的 费 用 ， 要 用 cleaning deposit才 行 。 大 家 收 cleaning deposit 吗 ?

那 么 一 般 来 说 ， 收 多 少 cleaning deposit 才 合 适 ? $500?

我 们 已 经 谈 好 一 个 半 月 的 房 租 作 为 security deposit.

作 为 准 房 东 ，我 最 近 问 了 不 少 问 题 ， 先 谢 各 位 的 热 心 回 复 。 网 上 就 是 有 一 个 不 方 便 ， 想 请 各 位 吃 饭 都 没 有 办 法 。
