401 K 账户 unvested amount 怎么办?

我以前工作的公司要工作满５年才能１００％ vested。４０１ 账户的钱我都是每个月自动买进几个 mutual fund。可辞职后，现在的账户里还有几千刀是 unvested, 那是不是说我什么时候卖mutual fund，什么时候才把这部分钱还给以前的公司？还是有时间限制？
