Regarding the utilities for February, I think we are about even now. Let me explain a little bit:
We paid the city fee for the whole month of Feb. about $57, and a few days for gas and electricity;
You paid about $25 more for the rent through 2/16-2/29:
You should pay: $1295 / 29 days * 14 days = $625, but you paid $650 in fact.
So there is no need for you to pay any utilities to us for Feb. 2008, as we talked on 2/16.
Regarding the method of payment, please let us know if you prefer to pay us still by mailing checks, or set up direct deposit to our bank account, as we talked before. If the second method is doable, I think that will save both parties a lot of time and avoid some potential hassle. If you do agree to set up direct deposit, please let me know and I’ll provide our bank info to you.
