Foster City vs Moraga

I used to own a townhouse in Foster City. Foster City is very beautiful. But the foundation is worrisome. It is also getting very crowded and congested. We chose to live in Moraga, a peaceful little town off Highway 24 in East Bay. Houses here have large lots, lots of trees, excellent schools, and safe. Cows are roaming on the green hills right off my back yard. Atherton quality of life without the price. It is not difficult to find jobs on 680 corridor.
