It's suppoesed to be closed in 2/22/08, but closed in 2/26/08, because the bank can't get the deed ready. My mortgage intrest-locking were expired on 2/22/2008, but mortgage company extent it for me, it was 4.5% , which was very good.
In your case, you may just need to wait few days for the bank to get the deed from county.
The bank is very slow in everthing in the process of selling the property, including counter-offer, signing contract, set up utility for home inspection.
