Read your purchase contract again. Normally banks will have their own Addendum that you have to sign as part of the contract. In the Addendum, banks usually will have something like banks have the right to concel the contract anytime before closing and you can not sue them. If they need more time to clean up the deed, you will have to wait.

This is part of the risk you take to buy bank owned properties.
