我提个建议吧， 住EdgeWater,NJ该地可眺望Manhatten，是新社区。

房价一般２５０－４００K，以年轻的白领而又住不起Manhatten的居多。

优点：由于靠在Hudson River边上风景极美。

离Manhatten一河之隔，交通方便。可坐Ferry去Manhatten 工作。

靠韩裔社区Fort Lee很近，该处有大型中国超市，和众多好的中餐馆。另，在该区有一个日本大型超市－－原名叫八百伴。

不好处： 学区一般，但，此为我的老印象。现在可能不同了。

大部分房子是Cond. & Townhouse.
