银行的CD保险吗？

我昨天又点犯晕，把国内转过来的全部家当20万美金全部买了Academy Bank 的CD了，晚上回来一上网，吓了一身冷汗，FDIC给每个储户的最高保险只有10万，不知道这个银行会不会倒闭，有高手能指点一下吗？
是区出来，分两家银行存，还是死猪不怕开水烫，就把钱放在这家银行里。不知道存15个月的CD 是否有风险。
