A house $350K now down from 700K , 50% down. Not good area
B house $350K bnow down from 500K, 30% down. at good area.
If & when go back peak again ( maybe need other 5-8 years)
A house need 100% power and back peak,
B house ony need 42% up.
Also, if A house in that kind of area can be up 100%, what do you think good area like B how many % up???
Location, Location, and Location. this is key for real estate.
