消息称摩根士丹利冻结房屋净值信贷撤资

　　新浪财经讯 北京时间8月6日消息，据一名知情人士称，美国第二大证券公司摩根士丹利本周向数千名客户表示，他们不得从房屋净值信用额度 中撤回资金。

　　据这名知情人士称，大多数客户拥有的房产价值都有所下降，摩根士丹利将从现在开始每月对房屋净值信贷额度进行重新审查。
