I want to get a loan with a 10% down now. In 6 months or so, it will be moved it into my LLC. At that time it is necessary to get refinanced as rental property. I have been doing this for my previous purchase. It is not always pos*****ile to get a cheaper property and a lower rate at the same time. They just do not happen together. In six months, I may get a rental property rate as low as my current owner occupied rate. But I definitely want a loan with 10% down, not more. For a good property, loan rate is irrelevant.
