China/India and other asian countries will use less due to reces

The oil demand will not be like what was predicted before because
the recession turned to be world wide. Oil demand from Asian, and European countries will be less in the next 3-4 months. I expected oil may hit bottom next spring along with big unemployment rate and etc.

On the other hand, OPEC policy may not be followed by all countries.
Countries like Iran/Iraq and even Russia want to dig more and sell more for their living.

Be patient, I am waiting for oil going to $25 level or less to buy on the down trend. Otherwise, I would rather buy USO when itś on the uptrend.
