one risk: AIG is selling its asset at fire sale price to pay

its debt, so u can't use previous valuation. Also last year's valuation does not include exposure to bad mortgage debt.

So it is hard to say how much AIG will be worth, it really depends on how much it can get from fire sale. It should be higher than $2 though.
