Actually you can make those soup easily (and quickly) by yourself.

For instance, egg drop soup, buy some organic chicken broth, some organic eggs, in 2 minutes, you can make a soup.

If you are willing to spend some time, buy some free range chicken directly from local farms, (they sell eggs as well, and taste much much better), you can make chicken broth(soup) by yourself, and it taste much better.
