Volvo XC70 05 43k $18k. Is it good price?

The warranty is good through 08/2009. It's a off-lease car and exterior and interior in excellent condition. It's in a small dealer lot purchased from auction. He won't come down any penny. The local volvo dealer says the extended volvo warranty will rang from $1500 to $3800 if this car is eligible. I apprectiate your comments. Thanks!
