your alternator doesn't work.

the output voltage should be above 13.5V at idle. hook your multimeter to the battery posts and wag the 4 pin connector which has one red wire located on the back of the alternator. if the reading on the meter display changes to higher reading about 13.5V, the bad connection there. if no change occurs you can put the connector out and check the charge indicator that should be off. if so u need a proven good alternator. HTH.
