Help needed with our Roth IRA contribution

In April, we had contributed $2,000 into my Roth IRA account for year 2007.

Now we have realized that we will not be eligible for contribution due to the year end bonus.

My question is,

1) How to take back the $2,000 from my Roth IRA account?
2) What is the deadline for us to withdraw?
