I increased the rent for the second one from $1200 to $1300. So many people were interested and I had people lined up for viewing it. The third viewer decided to have it and I had to decline three more applicants. This unit was rented for $1130 at the end of 2005.
It is only the beginning of March which usually is not a good time to rent anything out yet. I don't know what will the market be in April and May.
Isn't it good to be a landlord?
