A better way is find out how can we make more.

However, to conside retire in China, here are some steps we would like to take,

1) invest in Chinese stock markets step by step, 5-10 years of today's living costs maybe enough, when one retires in china, this part of investment should be at least be worth 5-10 years of then living costs, provided that they are not invested in junks

2) if one is still Chinese citzen, buy a house in the city you would like to retire, take mortgage either in RMB or USD

The best way is not to think to work is to enjoy!!!
