１） － 房价，汽油价太高。老百姓那点多余钱都被吸走。那还有多余钱买衣服，床上用品等。

２） － 美元价值太低。

３） － 美国本地工厂关的太多。大的美商场，DEPT.STORE 外购能力越来越强。Spring Mill in Shanghai: １５０ 几人。Dan River in shanghai about 100. Target, Wal-Mart 都在３００ 人以上。而且，连中型公司都开始send or set up office in Asia. 我公司便有１０ 人以上在上海，包括，运输，QC,跟单，D&R Dept. Accounting Dept.etc.

而且准备在Vietnam set up another office.

如此说来，对小进口商余地便小的多，包括LEADING TIME CONTROL, QUANTITY, PRICE, QUALITY GUARANTEE, SERVICE AFTER SALE.SPECIALLY, DEVELOPMENT, RESOURCE ETC.

生意越来越难，要求越来越严，客人被惯得没样
