这样的坏市场，我大概在１９９８ 或１９９９下半年见到过一次。大概在１１月 或１２月上旬开始缓和。到来年的２ －３ 月市场走向正常。希望这次不要太长时间。

１） － 不多买一文钱的货，无论价格高低，任何行动其只会造你的库存，加大你的现金的流失。牢记，在坏市场下，现金为王。我们来做生意，不是赌博,earn percentage, not lose panty.

２）－ 减去一切的不必要的费用，包括不必要的人员。

３）－ 多看竞争对手干什么？

4) - 和Bank 联系感情，扩大信用额度。一般消费品半年市场会有起色，有时生意特别好，额度不够 （现金不够）会hurt your feeling。 That time, you may cry at all.
5) - 在经济不好时，可以开发新产品。这时Buyer 也没事干，会有时间看看新货。可能不会立刻购买，但是，会记住你可开发新产品。记得１９９９，市场不太好，我们司在show 给客人新产品时，客人到给了我们一个其它品种。事后，此品种给我司带来大吉大利。

２００２，市场过小年，客人告述我们Pink 将大流行，让我们早做准备。２００３春，粉色流行，我们虽慢半拍。但也抓了一条大鱼。

因此，经济不好时也是有许多事可干。
