该不该在richmond, VA买房

很有可能要去richmond, VA工作，犹豫要不要买房。有一小孩，父母要来帮忙。老公在外州工作，但不知何时能在richmond找到工作。我们在现在居住的地方刚买了房子一年，但要现在卖会亏。我的工作收入将会不错，可以负担得起房子。大家看该不该买房呢？
