National bank of Kansas City had the 5.5% rate for 3mon - 12 mon a few days ago. (expired right now.) however, many other banks do offor similar rates (such as 5.46% apy. for 6 months) just search. quite a few choices.

GMAC is not a good choice. i had bad experience with them. they won't pay a single penny of interest before the term ends
