It's like the previous owner got bankrupted.
If the money is not enough to pay the liens, sorry to some of the lenders.
Eg. the money always go to the gov for tax first, then the mortgage banks, then some one like the gardener, etc.
All these should be handled by the court.

So, the title is definitely clean.
