Property tax in Windermere is high, about 1.7-1.8%, which is higher than Gale Ranch in San Ramon. Compare to south bay, San Ramon's house price is very reasonable. I live in Gale Ranch community, elementry school close to my home is very good, API is 960. Many Chinese and Indian are moving to San Ramon now.
