I have some friends live in San Ramon and work in south bay. I-680 south bound is not that bad. They usually drive 40+ min to San Jose or Milptas. Of course, it is maybe to far to south bay, like Cupertino. There are more and more Chinese and Indian move to San Ramon. And Ranch99 will be opened at Dublin soon. It will attract more Chinese.
