Don't Pay the Late Fee Without Hesitation

I recently opened an account in Saks Fifth Avenue. I forgot to pay the bill, so they charge me 10% late fee. I called the customer serive and explained(find some reasonable excueses such as out of town, too busy, lack of reminderness, not happy with the way they charged bluh....). They removed the late fee! Just try to tell sisters here: Don't pay the late fee immediately. Call them!
