我就是读书时中下，现在三十多了，皮肤比以前的同学都好

不是自我感觉太良好，是真的气色皮肤身材都不错，比起十几岁时真的相对排名提高。
不过国内的污染严重，工作生活压力大，在抵抗衰老这方面，大环境不如美国。
