I have had the Nikon 50mm F1.8

The lens is so light and small, it is difficult to hold. It is very sharp but you will have to walk a lot to get the composition you want.

When I first got my set, I use mostly the 70-300MM VR because I could catch a lot of animals with that. Three months later, I am using the 18-50mm F2.8 a lot more. My next lens will probably a nikkor 20mm F2.8 or Tokina 12-24mm or Sigma 10-20mm.
