you had better provide the parameter of the pic, the aperture, shutter speed, ISO etc.

70-200mm VR is an excellent lense, but it is not a cure-all solution.

the safe shutter speed is better to be > 1/70 sec, even though you have the VR mode on.

also do not forget the weight of this lense, shooting with it might need a better support such as tripod or mono-pod. sometimes your arms just give up ..:-)
