to buy, or buy at what price, or sell,

Also I am not good at short term, maybe I am good at short term on paper. So I do not give a price for buy.

Finally, I would say no one can predict stock market's short term movement consistently, I only hear about Buffett, Peter Lynch, never heard of some one made a billion by short term trading.
