it happen to my wife's car too. we just bought new car. she has to get registeron another state inspiration. the shop raise the entire car and took all tires out of the car to check it.she keep drive for a two month, she told me,when the car stop or press brake, some noise occur and brake seem loose. I test the car. found out two wheel nuts a very lose. simply I tight them up and check all the wheel again. test the car again, everything go back to normal.So everybody should check their car after bring back from the shop(garage). Don't think they do 100% job. life is yours.
