BTW (not related), from what I heard, Nikon gets the reputation of exceptional build qualities for both bodies and lens (with a few exceptions, i.e., 50/1.4).

Most of Cannon's high end lens are built with campareble quality. But its other lens are really cheap (both build and optical)

Again this is just what I heard, I do not have first hand experience with Cannon.

But I have a Nikon system, and I like its build quality very much.
