转成(Rollover)IRA好

You can roll your old 401(k) to any IRA account with any financial institution at your own choice.

IRA vs old401(k)
1. Your old 401(k) is with 原来公司. You can open IRA with any 公司.
2. Old 401(k) has limited invesment choices; while IRA will have many invesment choices -- Any Stock, Fund, etc.
3. Other benefit. eg, in case you pass away, IRA has more advantages, consult your CPA.

Please ask the new financial institution the process how to roll over.

BTW, it has nothing to do with 401(k) matching.
