Can Mada or anyone else help, please?

I ordered Dr. Hauschka Rhythmic Night Conditioner 30 amps through enclosed website, http://www.spafeatures.com/4020829394490.html. Due to some problem, I tried to call them according to the No. they provided on the website, but there'ss no response at all! Have any of you contact them via Tel? Can anyone advice me how to do it? Thanks a lot! BTW, I live in Canada and I put an order on Nov.15, 2005.
