Cole Haan Vs ECCO Vs DrMartens

I am looking for a pair of Casual shoes taht are comfortable. The main goal is to just wear this one pair for a Vacation to China. Last time I have to wear a Nike for part of the day and change to my Allen Edmonds for formal situations.

Colleagues suggested ECCO for comfort but I like Cole Haan's style. Your comments will be greatly appreciated
