"If the lens is set up for a Nikon, then you cannot use it on your Canon camera because the mounts are different. And unfortunately the same is true for the teleconverter as it can only a Nikon or a Canon and not both. However you can used the standard teleconverter, not the Pro with that lens if you use it on a Nikon body.
