IC, I may need really to order the sigma 170-500mm for the Canon EOS before my thanksgiving trip, do you have any comment for that? I know sigma 50-500mm is more powerful but I don't like the range also more 250 bucks. I have already a 28-135mm Canon lens which is very very nice and useful, however for my hobby I like to take some wild animals shots such as birds. I tried it with my that Tamron 200-400mm(with all Nikon), I feel I need ones at least with 400mm.
