Can I use whipped cream?

I don't know why my message cannot post it? Anyway, I am trying to make a strawberry cake with the whipped cream. But I am lazy, I want to use whipped cream from the market, instead of using the heavy cream to do it own. Do you think the whipped cream is strong enough to do the icing?
