Even you get those right-to-cook rice..u have to wash them...no factory will wash it as clean as the standard of eating right away...Have you ever thought what water they used to wash ur rice? In addition,not as much vitamin B group would be left as you expected. It had already been cleaned in term of the vitaminB...That's why in Canada...the white bread has to enriched with riboflavin artificially...if someone is short of vit.B..he'd better have multi-grain instead...
